How do I book tickets on Eventify?
Booking tickets is simple: Browse events, select the event you want to attend, choose your ticket type and quantity, fill in your details, and complete payment. You'll receive your ticket via email immediately.
Do I need to create an account to buy tickets?
No! Eventify Kenya allows guest checkout. Simply provide your name, email, and phone number to complete your booking. No account registration required.
How will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket will be sent to your email as a PDF immediately after payment confirmation. The ticket includes a unique QR code for entry verification at the event.
Can I book tickets for free events?
Yes! Many events on Eventify are free. For free events, simply provide your details and you'll receive your ticket immediately without any payment step.
What if I lose my ticket?
Check your email for the original ticket. If you can't find it, contact us at info@eventify.co.ke with your booking details and we'll resend it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment methods through Paystack and Flutterwave payment gateways. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Is it safe to pay on Eventify?
We use industry-standard encryption and trusted payment processors (Paystack and Flutterwave). We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?
Refund policies vary by event organizer. Check the specific event page for refund information. Contact us at info@eventify.co.ke if you need assistance with a refund request.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank restrictions. Please verify your payment details and try again. Contact your bank if the issue persists.
How do I find events in my city?
Use the search and filter options on our Events page. You can filter by city (Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, etc.), category, date, and whether events are free or paid.
Can I organize my own event on Eventify?
Yes! Contact us at info@eventify.co.ke to learn about creating and managing events on our platform. We provide tools for event management, ticketing, and attendee tracking.
How does the QR code verification work?
Each ticket has a unique QR code. At the event entrance, organizers scan your QR code to verify your ticket. Once scanned, the ticket is marked as used and cannot be reused.
What if an event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled, you'll be notified via email. Refunds for cancelled events are processed according to the event organizer's policy. Contact us for assistance.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
